1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostsReadyNow.com ("Site"), any content, features, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Service

PostsReadyNow provides ready-to-use graphics, memes, text messages, and other communication content created for real estate professionals to use in their marketing and business.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Membership & Pricing

• Membership fees are displayed at the time of enrollment.
• Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• PostsReadyNow may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, partner offers, or other special pricing with separate terms.
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time. Notice of price changes will be provided in advance. Changes will take effect on a future billing date. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a limited 1-day to limited 3-day free trial with no credit card required.

The trial provides access to the free trial library only, and logo services during the trial period.

No charges will occur unless and until you choose to continue your membership after the trial ends.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

6. Refunds

All membership payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request.

7. Content License – What You CAN Do

During your active membership, you may:

• Download PostsReadyNow content.
• Use the content in your own real estate-related marketing and communications (social media, texts, websites).
• Customize the content by adding your own logo, branding, or text wording.
• Use content you downloaded while an active member in the posts for social media, text and website only while being an active member. Content may remain on social media and text indefinitely. Content on websites will be removed immediately after the paid month of membership cancellation.

This license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

8. Content License – What You CANNOT Do

You may not, and may not allow others to:

• Share your account, login, or membership access.
• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense PostsReadyNow content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any branding, watermark, or copyright notices.
• Download content in bulk or systematically to build a database or competing service.
• Use PostsReadyNow content in a way that is defamatory, misleading, illegal, or violates any third-party rights.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account and/or prosecution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, videos, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the Site are the property of PostsReadyNow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other U.S. and international laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Fair Housing laws, MLS rules, state real estate licensing laws, brokerage policies, and advertising requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any content you publish is accurate, appropriate, and compliant.
